Melissa works with people dealing with anxiety, emotional distress, and past trauma providing practical support for building resilience and moving forward.
Rebekah is dedicated to helping individuals overcome the challenges of their past and embrace a brighter future. Her passion for guiding others through healing and growth led her to earn a Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University.
She works alongside clients to untangle the impact of past experiences on their present lives, using evidence-based approaches like Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Outside of work she enjoy writing music, exploring the outdoors, chasing after her children, and immersing herself in creative pursuits which inspire the compassionate and innovative approach she brings to her practice.
Sarah (Ohlen) Rogers recently returned home to Rapid City with her daughter after venturing west and falling into her own healing and spiritual journey. She holds a BA in biology and Spanish from Concordia College and a doctorate in neuroscience from Montana State University. Through her own experiences, Sarah discovered breathwork as a powerful tool for clearing blockages, accessing insight, and finding freedom. Now, she is dedicated to sharing its transformative effects with her community.
She finds joy and purpose in nature, motherhood, food, live music, art, fantasy books, and movement—through yoga, running, and gym time. Honored to call the Black Hills home, she is especially passionate about supporting women in this sacred place with finding safety and joy in their bodies.
Heather is a Certified Group Exercise Instructor with a passion for holistic well-being. She specializes in Pilates, yoga, kickboxing, and balance training as an ACE-certified instructor and is certified in Level I and II Biblical Christian Counseling through Christian Life Ministries.
Her background includes an Associate of Science in Veterinary Medicine and certifications as a CNA and Lifeguard. She enjoys blending physical fitness, mental health, and spiritual growth to help others thrive. In her free time, she loves hiking, kayaking, camping with her dog Rocky, baking, reading, and spending time with family.
One of her guiding inspirations is Helen Keller’s quote: “Resolve to keep happy, and your joy and you shall form an invincible host against difficulties.”
Julianne is an emerging art educator and entrepreneur focused on fostering creativity and emotional growth in young artists. Currently studying Art Education and Commercial Art at BHSU, she combines academic knowledge with practical experience in teaching. In 2023, she founded See Your Beauty LLC, a photography business empowering individuals through creative expression, and authored The D.O.G.: Doodling Our Grumpies, a book to help children navigate emotions through art.
