Rebekah Kindall LPC, MA

Rebekah is passionate about guiding others toward healing and wholeness. She offers a compassionate, body-based approach that honors each person’s natural instincts and inner guidance. Her work blends trauma-informed care with holistic practices like Somatic Therapy, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and mindfulness to awaken the body’s innate capacity to heal.

As a certified Trauma-Sensitive Kids’ Yoga instructor, she also helps children build emotional resilience through movement and breath. Rebekah is a published contributor with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), using her voice to support mental health awareness.

Outside her practice, she finds inspiration in writing music, exploring nature, and creating alongside her children—experiences that shape the intuitive, heart-centered care she brings to her work.

Dr. Sarah Rogers

Sarah (Ohlen) Rogers recently returned home to Rapid City with her daughter after venturing west and falling into her own healing and spiritual journey. She holds a BA in biology and Spanish from Concordia College and a doctorate in neuroscience from Montana State University. Through her own experiences, Sarah discovered breathwork as a powerful tool for clearing blockages, accessing insight, and finding freedom. Now, she is dedicated to sharing its transformative effects with her community.

She finds joy and purpose in nature, motherhood, food, live music, art, fantasy books, and movement—through yoga, running, and gym time. Honored to call the Black Hills home, she is especially passionate about supporting women in this sacred place with finding safety and joy in their bodies.

Heather Avery

Heather is a Certified Group Exercise Instructor with a passion for holistic well-being. She specializes in Pilates, yoga, kickboxing, and balance training as an ACE-certified instructor and is certified in Level I and II Biblical Christian Counseling through Christian Life Ministries.

Her background includes an Associate of Science in Veterinary Medicine and certifications as a CNA and Lifeguard. She enjoys blending physical fitness, mental health, and spiritual growth to help others thrive. In her free time, she loves hiking, kayaking, camping with her dog Rocky, baking, reading, and spending time with family.

One of her guiding inspirations is Helen Keller’s quote: “Resolve to keep happy, and your joy and you shall form an invincible host against difficulties.”
